During 1996, Paul went to the United States to play the lead role in a management and consultancy contract the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games awarded to Cleanevent. Given the delivery’s success, Paul remained in the States, taking responsibility for the start-up operation and all business-related issues for Cleanevent US operation. This included contracts such as the US Open Tennis, NASCAR racing and a variety of events around the country culminating in being awarded the contract for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games.
Having served almost 10 years in the States, Paul returned to Australia in the latter part of 2005 and took on the role General Manager Business Development for the Cleanevent. Totally committed to the cause, Paul enforces Incognitus’ greatest assets: attention to detail, the ability to produce a no-fail, no-excuses programme, and a qualified and experienced management team.
Paul brings the human element to Incognitus through his vast experience of building teams to deploy at events often resulting in the deployment of millions of man hours of work. His unsurpassed knowledge of equipment logistics ensured that the projects that he worked on were delivered on time, on budget and exceeded the expectation of the clients.
