About Hayley Panteli

Hayley has been part of the fabric of the Incognitus team since its inception in 2008, having spent many years prior supporting the Lovett family operations in their various business interests, originating from a decorated career in Hotel and Hospitality Management


As the General Manager of Events, Hayley leads the conceptualisation, creation, development and management of our events both in Australia and Overseas, including budget development through to ultimate delivery. Her people and relationship management capability skill sets are second to none focusing on the attention to detail that it takes to deliver the ultimate event experience and has developed a wealth of knowledge inall aspects of the Industry.


Hayley’s work has taken her all around the world and sees her nurturing, enhancing, directing and managing all events as her primary responsibility for the company.
