With 32 years experience in Construction, Facility Operations/Maintenance, and 15 years experience in Entertainment Venues. Dave has developed a sharp eye for how businesses get overwhelmed with inefficiencies, cross-purposes, and miscommunications pertaining to operations in Facility Maintenance and Cleaning. He brings to Incognitus the know how to help public assembly facility operations to retool for a smoother more focused operation. Over the past 32 years, Dave has provided day-to-day and hands on service to the Hotel/Motel and Bed and Breakfast industry, Home Builders and Remodeling Firms, Arena and Stadium operations and the outdoor Amphitheater venue business.  

The past 15 years being devoted primarily to amphitheaters and clubs, Dave has assisted in the opening of 4 new Amphitheaters in the United States and was instrumental in the organizing and reorganizing of facility operations in venues covering the eastern half of the United States. While also maintaining a day-to-day position as Director of Facility Operations of a 20,000 seat venue in Columbus, OH for the past 10 years, a venue annually recognized as a top venue in overall facility maintenance and cleanliness, he has corporately overseen capital budget in a regional management role, led and assisted in project development, design and construction in venue upgrades and owner build-outs over a 75 venue platform across the United States. Working closely with third party contractors, in day-to-day operations as well as providing design, layout and construction services.

Currently with Incognitus, Dave has provided venue-consulting services to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's 35 million dollar amphitheater in Alpharetta, GA. Service included operational planning during development, start up and operation of the 12,000 capacity venue. He is also assisting with the development of an event center in Caracas, Venezuela.
