With many contacts and contracts around the world it was necessary to store these details in a central repository available to all of our Client's offices around the globe. Incognitus designed and implemented the successful system. The CRM system also tracks project performance and resource planning.
Sustainability
Our client now enjoys a competent CRM program and manages their relationship in a manner that they had envisaged. We are now planning a phase 2 module that will assist in their entertainment and engagement management.
Major Aged Care Services Provider/Retirement Villages
The Project
Software Development - Billing System for multi-site company
The Problem
A major provider of aged care services required a platform to track phone and electricity consumption across their sites. As their business grew and the need to operate over multiple sites their ability to manage became a challenge.
The Strategy
To develop a software management program to manage the distribution of invoices and generate bills to residents across multiple connections with specific reference and provide financial data to head office.
The Solution
Incognitus was able to develop a program to import data from the phone billing and electricity meters at each site and provide professional looking bills to the residents of the aged care facility. Financial information was then seamlessly sent to head office for integration into their financial systems.
Sustainability
Our client now has the ability to manage the rebilling process with minimum man hours. They have also been able to increase the "on sell" capability by adding products that can simply be handled by the product they invested in.
Sydney Based Chauffer Car Business
The Project
Software Development of a Rental Car and Chauffer Management System
The Problem
The operator of a Chauffer car business in Sydney Australia who had previously worked in well resourced "big business" within Australia required a management platform to have clear visibility of their financial performance and feasibility for expansion.
The Strategy
To develop a software program to show scheduling information, track sales, manage customer accounts and provide performance reporting.
The Solution
Incognitus provided a full Client management solution which included the ability to enter all customer trips, account management for account customers, financial information relating to the number of trips and time of day they occurred. The system also manages offloads to other drivers to ascertain how much work is being lost. The Client was then able to not only manage day to day activity but perform valuable analysis of their business. Most importantly the system dramatically reduced the time spent on administration of the business and allowed the Client to spend more time on the road making money.
Sustainability
As a small business operator, our Client says that due to the overwhelming success of our strategy and the designed solution, he spends more time looking for business through an estimated 50% improvement in his productivity.
